Frequently asked questions

  • Is renter's insurance required?

    Yes. All of our properties require proof of renter’s insurance. Residents can provide their own insurance or purchase insurance through their online portal

  • What maintenance or repair services are available?

    We have on-site maintenance for all our properties and address all concerns in a timely manner. We also work with local companies to make sure the needs of the property and residents are met with satisfaction.  

  • Can I have my pets? And what are the requirements?

    All of our properties are pet friendly. We accept all types with a limit of 2 pets per household. Pet deposit is $200 with $100 being refundable. Pet rent is $25 a month per pet.  

  • Is the security deposit refundable?

    Yes. Our security is refundable minus $125 cleaning fee.  

  • What is the application process? Does it require a credit check?

    We require all future residents to provide references. We will conduct a background check, require proof of income, and check credit reports. 


    The credit check is a soft inquiry so credit score will not be affected. Once the application is submitted our property management team will review the information and make a decision.
